Choosing Wedding Picture Frames for a Gift
Sometimes it is hard to find just the perfect gift for the happy couple of an upcoming wedding that you are planning to attend. Especially if you have left the gift buying for the last minute, since by that time their registry might have really slim pickings left. One idea for a gift that most couples would be happy to receive is one of the many options available for wedding picture frames.
If you are going to give a picture frame as a gift, you want to make sure that it is a very nice one. You don't really want to give them just a cheap acrylic frame that you found at a discount store. It is best to find something that is of heirloom quality. Metal frames, such as one made of or plated with silver, are usually good options.  Even better, get a frame that can be engraved and put a personalized message on the frame, such as an inspirational quote or their names and the date of their wedding. If you have a good picture of the couple, include it in the frame so there will be something nice for them to look at until they put in one of their wedding pictures.
Should the happy couple be big fans of the latest technology, you might want to get them a nice wireless digital frame. Before giving it to them load it up with pictures of the two of them. To make it even more special you can notify some of the other guests and have them send you their best pictures of the couple as well. Once they have the pictures of the wedding they can add them too.
You can also select wedding picture frames that have been made especially for this purpose. Many will be shaped to remind people of weddings, such as bells or hearts. You can find these frames in all different colors, shapes, and sizes. You could get black, white, metal or wood frames. For something a little different but more traditional than some of the wedding shapes you could try a nice oval frame that they could hang on the wall, or even a 3-picture frame. Whatever you decide, keep the couple's tastes in mind so that you get something that would appeal to them.
